As the Founder & Principal of Nicholas Daly Creative Services, Nicholas provides comprehensive consulting and project management services to businesses and nonprofits. His expertise spans capital project management, operations consulting, grants writing, economic and social impact research, creative strategy, and brand development. Over the years, he has helped organizations secure over $23 million in funding, developed strategic partnerships, and successfully guided multimillion-dollar initiatives across diverse industries.
Nicholas' career includes roles at the Institute for New Economic Thinking, where he managed global academic communities, and MIMA Music, Inc., where he pioneered experiential education programs. He has also served as a Fulbright English Teaching Assistant in Brazil, a conservation crew leader with the Montana Conservation Corps, and an international researcher specializing in the philosophy of environment, language, and technology. His academic background includes a Master’s degree in Modern Languages from St Andrews, Universidade NOVA de Lisboa, and Universidad de Santiago de Compostela, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media Arts, and Spanish Linguistics from Temple University.

Jeffrey Althouse, PhD

Jeffrey Althouse is a seasoned economist, educator, and consultant with a global perspective on economic development, sustainability, and financial systems. With over a decade of experience in research, academia, and policy-making institutions, he brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our. client projects
Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Co-Coordinator of the C3A Nature Transition Hub at The World Bank, where he focuses on environmental and economic transitions. Prior to this, he worked as an Environmental Economist at the Banque de France's Climate Change Center, analyzing the economic impact of climate policies. His academic career includes lecturing at Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, where he taught courses in international economics, ecological finance, and macroeconomics. He has also held teaching roles at Sciences Po and served as a research assistant at the Berlin School of Economics and Law.
Jeffrey holds a PhD in Economics from Université Sorbonne Paris Nord and a Master’s degree in International Economics from the Berlin School of Economics and Law. His academic journey also includes an Erasmus Mundus Joint Master’s degree and studies at Columbia University. Fluent in Spanish, French, and Portuguese, he brings a cross-cultural and multilingual approach to his work.

Paul Kuhne, PMP®

Paul Kuhne is an accomplished program director, facilitator, and consultant with a strong background in public policy, project management, and stakeholder engagement. With over a decade of experience in civic technology, open data initiatives, and global policy studies, he brings a human-centered approach to solving complex challenges.
Paul served as the Director of Programs at The Center for Open Data Enterprise (CODE), where he leads initiatives focused on climate, equity, health, and emerging technologies. With a Project Management Professional (PMP®) certification, he has spearheaded impactful programs that bridge data-driven strategies with public good initiatives. His expertise includes designing and managing large-scale stakeholder roundtables, facilitating data-driven decision-making for federal agencies, and developing strategic methodologies for open data use.
Paul is also a facilitatin coach and consultant with UFacilitate, working with leaders to create transformative collaboration experiences. He has also contributed to pro-democracy and civic engagement organizations such as Open Data Watch, Braver Angels, and Listen First Project.
Paul holds a Master’s degree in Global Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Austin – The LBJ School of Public Affairs, and a B.A. in Political Science, Spanish, and Latin American Studies from Temple University. His multilingual skills, including fluency in Spanish, enhance his ability to engage diverse stakeholders across international contexts.

Christian Lichty, PE
EXTERNAL CONSULTANT IN ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION
Christian Lichty is a licensed Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in mechanical systems design, project management, and product development. With a background spanning the public sector, defense, and infrastructure projects, he brings technical expertise and precision-driven solutions to Nicholas Daly Creative Services.
Christian has worked with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where he led the design of hydraulic power systems, gear drive systems, pneumatic systems, and HVAC solutions for locks and dams. His role involved creating technical reports, managing project schedules, and overseeing installation and construction processes. Prior to that, he was a Mechanical Engineer at AECOM, designing multimillion-dollar HVAC capital improvement projects for the New York City School Construction Authority. He has also contributed to Department of Defense initiatives, managing life cycle development for critical demolition and ignition systems.
Christian holds a Master of Engineering in Engineering and Industrial Management from Stevens Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Syracuse University. He is proficient in Autodesk software (AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor), as well as PTC Pro/Engineer for product design. His technical skill set also extends into machine learning, programming, and artificial intelligence, with certifications in Python and algorithmic fundamentals.
