I’m Nicholas Daly, Founder and Director of NDCS.
I provide owner-side leadership for complex capital initiatives at mission-driven institutions, supporting executive leadership and boards through capital planning, project governance, funding alignment, and delivery.
My work focuses on translating institutional goals into governed, executable capital programs—particularly in environments that are resource-constrained, politically sensitive, or organizationally complex.
I have directed multiple nonprofit capital initiatives with over $21M in secured and actively managed capital funding, coordinating architects, engineers, contractors, owner’s representatives, public agencies, and community stakeholders across planning, approvals, construction, and close-out.
My background sits at the intersection of capital strategy, governance, and execution, with experience supporting universities, cultural institutions, and complex nonprofit organizations.
